Community Service
Elementary school is the perfect launching pad for teaching children about social awareness. They are developing empathy for others less fortunate and through helping others they become strong healthy members of their community. They are at the perfect age to participate and find ways to be helpful and productive. By seeing how quickly their efforts can make an impact. I home to instill the felling that "one person can make a difference."
Here is a sample list of service projects and opportunities for your children to volunteer within their community that will empower them with responsibility, engage their compassion, and offer them the chance to impact the lives of others.

Each child will be required to do five projects throughout the year. They will share their projects (I highly encourage new ideas) orally on their assigned dates to the class. Please use the report page for sharing. ( at the bottom of this page). Their page will be placed on our “Community Service Wall “. You will play an important role in guiding your child to a project best suited for them. They may need assistance in various steps to see their project through.
Please be supportive and enthusiastic it may lead to something wonderful.
Thank you!
